This page is the working inventory of Yara Legal Library. It reflects the packets, issue areas, and support materials currently being prepared from the library in Box.
Some materials are available now, some are in development, and others are still being organized and curated before release. This page is meant to show the scope of the library and where each part stands.

Procedure 1 — Pretermission / Testimony Denial
The procedural packet focused on hearing shutdowns, denial of testimony, surprise oral motions, and related due process defects.
Merit 1 — Gender-Based Harm
Merits packet focused on forced marriage, gendered family abuse, trans harm, LGBTQ family/state violence, and related gender-control issues.
Procedural Packet Inventory:
Packet 2 — Procedural Unfairness / Premature Cutoff
Premature cutoff before record development, conflicting notices, unfair timing, and incomplete evidentiary development.
Packet 3 — Credibility / Corroboration / Documentary Evidence
Conclusive credibility findings, improper corroboration demands, documentary evidence failures, and credibility errors affecting the rest of the case.
Packet 4 — CAT
CAT as an independent form of protection, acquiescence, torture framework, and errors where CAT is collapsed into asylum or credibility findings.
Packet 5 — Reopening / Reconsideration / Remand
Motions to reopen, motions to reconsider, remand strategy, newly available evidence, and changed procedural posture.
Packet 6 — CLP Bar
Lawful-pathways bar arguments, what worked, what did not, and how venue and jurisdiction affect the analysis.

Merit Inventory
Merit 2 — State Oppression
State repression through ideology, criminalization, religion, politics, gender control, minority status, and morality-based charges.
Merit 3 — Youth-Specific Harm
Child exploitation, child marriage, youth vulnerability, child DV, and age-specific dependence and control.
Merit 4 — Third-Country Relocation
Ecuador and other third-country complications, relocation, transit harm, and layered risk across countries.

In addition to the packet line, the library is also being organized to include internal support materials that may appear inside packets or later as curated tools. These include:

- roadmaps and issue maps
- judge-decision analysis
- selected sample motions and briefs
Some of these materials will make sense only inside a packet, where they can be understood in context rather than as standalone items.
